Highlights from NRF 2023
We are eager to unveil our plans for NRF 2024. Until then, take a look back at our NRF 2023 demos.
At this year’s NRF 2023, Sony Semiconductor Solutions Corporation (“SSS”) introduced AITRIOS to the world, alongside with use cases and solutions that demonstrate the combined power of the AITRIOS platform and compatible hardware. Each solution was developed by partners, including AI Developers, Application Developers, and System Integrators, who joined us in the space.
SSS presented a live demo where cameras placed in front of a store shelf could detect removed items and alert staff to replenish the stock, as a way of improving on-shelf availability.
SSS demonstrated how to enable dwell time analytics to analyze shopper behavior with a camera installed on the wall of Sony booth that detected the flow and location of people in the booth in real time.
SSS showed a highly immersive AR experience demo using a system that instantaneously detects self-location information and overlays AR content when users hold and move their devices inside the booth space.
